Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* Be in its original packaging.
* Include proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our support team before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
